Questions
- What counts as a candidate?
- One person invited to one assessment. Inviting the same person to a second role counts twice; them re-opening their own link does not.
- Do two candidates get the same questions?
- No. A test holds a pool of up to 220 questions and serves 20, drawn per candidate and weighted to keep the same mix of question types. The number of possible papers runs into the billions of billions.
- Who marks the written answers?
- You do. Written answers go to a grading queue with the rubric attached, and a candidate has no overall score until every one of their answers has been marked.
- Can candidates see their results?
- Only if you turn it on, and only once their own answers are all graded. They never see anyone else's.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes, at any point. Changes take effect on the next billing period.
